1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bd3 website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at bd3.games.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual upon completing the bd3 registration process.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the bd3 platform or who accesses the platform for any purpose.
• "bd3" or "We" or "Us" means the operator of the bd3 platform and all related services.
• "Funds" means the balance of real money held within a Player's bd3 account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, sport, or event available on the bd3 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the bd3 platform is not permitted under applicable laws.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the bd3 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 21+
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity for the purpose of personal gambling.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of bd3 or any of its technology, payment, or game content partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.

By completing the bd3 registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify bd3 promptly of any changes to your registered details. bd3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time and to suspend or close accounts where such verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Only one account per individual is permitted. If bd3 identifies that a Player holds more than one account — whether using the same identity, device, payment method, IP address, or household — bd3 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain any associated balances pending investigation, and void any winnings generated on those accounts.

3 Account Management

You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your bd3 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any changes made to your account settings. bd3 will treat all actions performed using your login credentials as actions authorised by you.

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the bd3 support team immediately at [email protected]. bd3 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.

bd3 may suspend, restrict, or close your account at any time where:

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms;
• We are required to do so for regulatory, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes;
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable dormancy procedures;
• You request voluntary self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

bd3 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bd3 does not charge deposit fees on Bangladeshi mobile wallet transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bd3 strictly prohibits third-party payments. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not held in the Player's own name will result in the deposit being returned (subject to applicable fees), any associated winnings being voided, and the account being subject to review.

bd3 reserves the right to implement additional identity verification checks before processing any deposit or withdrawal. These checks are conducted to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the security of Player funds. bd3 will process withdrawal requests in a timely manner, typically within the timeframes published in the bd3 FAQ section, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

bd3 is not a bank or financial institution. Funds held in your bd3 account wallet are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. bd3 maintains Player funds in segregated accounts as a reasonable measure of protection, but we strongly recommend that Players maintain only the funds they intend to use for gaming purposes in their bd3 account at any time.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bd3 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentives to new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all bd3 bonuses unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per promotion period, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• bd3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and to disqualify Players from promotions where abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is identified.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as detailed in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds credited in error must be notified to and returned to bd3; bd3 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus at any time.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the bd3 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting event, as published on the platform at the time of the bet. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. bd3 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where a technical fault has occurred.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent).
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. bd3 accepts no responsibility for bets placed on incorrect in-play data caused by third-party data feed latency.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed in the betting interface. bd3 reserves the right to adjust individual Player bet limits at its discretion.
• bd3 reserves the right to suspend markets, delay settlement, and void bets where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or materially affected by irregular circumstances.

For casino games, including slots, Megaways titles, live dealer tables, and crash games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live studio dealing, as applicable. Game results are final once confirmed. Malfunctions void all pays and plays in accordance with industry-standard practice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd3 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the platform while under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Operating multiple accounts or colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the bd3 platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the bd3 platform or its underlying systems;
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward bd3 staff or other users.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd3 platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, and game content, is the proprietary intellectual property of bd3 or its licensed third-party providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property on the platform beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal gaming purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the bd3 platform without the prior written consent of bd3.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd3 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bd3 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to platform downtime, technical interruption, or force majeure events;
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on inaccurate game or odds data caused by third-party data provider errors;
• Any indirect financial losses arising from the closure of your account in accordance with these Terms.

bd3's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real funds deposited by you and held in your bd3 account at the time the claim arises.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

bd3 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the bd3 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bd3 implements industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and financial data at all times.

12 Amendments and Governing Terms

bd3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bd3 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the bd3 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bd3 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
